About Me
My name is Joshua Sayers, and I’m taking a leap of faith—both creatively and professionally—as a full-time photographer.
Before picking up a camera full time, I worked as a warehouse manager delivering produce and earned my CDL. While I’m grateful for that chapter, the over-the-road life never felt like home. Creativity did. What started as videography at 16 years old—running a YouTube channel called Downstream Divin’ with over 50 self-made videos—eventually led me to photography after clients kept asking for photos instead of video. Turns out, I loved it.
Outside of photography, I’m a passionate mixed martial artist with an amateur record of 1–1. Fighting has taught me discipline, humility, and resilience—lessons that carry into my work behind the camera. I love combining my passion for MMA with my faith in Jesus Christ, and I believe every opportunity I’ve been given is by the grace of God.
What drives me most is being part of people’s journeys—whether that’s a fight camp, a milestone, a brand, or a moment that matters. If you hire me, expect quality work, genuine energy, and a great experience. We’ll have a good time—and you’ll walk away with images you’re proud of.
